Engineering Best Practices: Follow and promote best practices for software engineering, including coding standards, model testing and evaluation, automated CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML workflows, scalable and reproducible deployment strategies, and strict adherence to data security, privacy regulations, and governance policies specific to operationalizing AI.

Technical Leadership and Mentorship: Act as a trusted technical contributor to advanced data platform designs, while sharing knowledge and mentoring team members to foster excellence in AI, data engineering, and machine learning.

Data Ecosystem Evolution: Partner with stakeholders to build and enhance enterprise-grade data and AI infrastructure, supporting advanced analytics, AI/ML enablement, and evolving Omada’s data ecosystem to meet future needs.
