Senior EPD Operations Manager

Remote, USA

Omada Health is on a mission to bend the curve of chronic disease.

The Senior EPD Operations Manager orchestrates Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) teams to deliver major, complex initiatives in a cohesive, reliable way. Operating above individual workstreams, you align multiple teams around clear member and business value, and partner closely with Product Managers to translate strategic decisions into a coherent, executable launch plan with strong sequencing, risk visibility, and executive communication. While Product owns the roadmap, you make sure the organization executes against it; holding teams accountable, pushing for progress, and driving disciplined delivery against committed milestones.

The Senior EPD Operations Manager brings strong technical program leadership to execution, combining a deep understanding of how Engineering, Product, and Design teams work, their dependencies, and their architecture, with awareness of member, customer, and business needs. Beyond supporting launch delivery, the Senior EPD Operations Manager brings general-manager–style breadth as a Sr. Manager-level individual contributor, owning planning, metrics, operations, and cross-functional coordination for your initiative. You operate credibly at the leadership level, convening Product, Design, and Engineering Directors and their PMs and EMs to align on sequencing, surface and mitigate risks, identify critical paths, and drive decisions, while holding your own in the room and keeping senior stakeholders aligned and accountable.

Your Impact:

  • Provide the operational rigor behind the integrated EPD launch plan for large, complex, highly technical initiatives spanning multiple teams and products.
  • Operate above individual workstreams, owning the discussion that brings Engineering, Product, and Design leaders together to align on milestones, dependencies, critical path, and deliverables. Stepping in to unblock when needed, but not managing day-to-day tasks or sprint execution.
  • Maintain a high-confidence view of status, risks, dependencies, and decisions across all workstreams, and drive resolution when plans drift or assumptions break.
  • Drive teams to plan ahead and execute against the roadmap, holding them accountable, surfacing slippage early, and pushing for progress so commitments are met.
  • Guide cross-functional leadership through difficult planning and resourcing trade-offs, escalating org-wide trade-offs when needed.
  • Refine and set up the rituals and cadences around metrics monitoring and team-level planning with Product Managers. Building lightweight, consistent processes (roadmap reviews, metrics rituals, readiness checkpoints) that drive accountability without becoming task management.
  • Build tools and processes that help EPD teams deliver against key business goals, and drive adoption of new standards within your programs.
  • Help teams define, instrument, and report against quantitative goals, OKRs, and metrics. Using qualitative and quantitative findings to set targets, track progress, and guide pivots.
  • Connecting execution signals to OKRs, member impact, and business outcomes so leadership sees both what’s on track and whether it’s moving the right numbers.
  • Serve as the key liaison across Engineering, Product, Design, Clinical, Care Delivery, Commercial, Compliance, Legal, Infosec, and Privacy, aligning stakeholders toward unified decisions.
  • Act as an EPD point of contact for triaging Commercial questions about the products in your scope.
  • Facilitate integrated planning, dependency and risk reviews, readiness checkpoints, go/no-go discussions, and retrospectives. Running program offsites where they serve your initiative.
  • Surface trade-offs, escalation paths, and recommendations to leadership, serving as the primary EPD narrator for delivery health with crisp, decision-ready updates.
  • Improve how launches run over time by refining operating rhythms, readiness criteria, templates, and retrospective learnings.

About you:

  • 7+ years across product/technical program management, product management, general management, consulting, or product/business operations.
  • Excellent written and oral communication with executive presence. Able to flex altitude and technical depth across audiences, translating business impact and technical constraints into clear, decision-ready messaging for ICs, senior leaders, and executives alike.
  • Ability to see and help others see the big picture and drive toward it, operating above the team level yet diving into detail when needed.
  • Demonstrated experience in owning cross-team execution rigor on technically complex, multi-team initiatives.
  • Experience guiding teams to define goals, generate hypotheses, set metrics, execute, review, and pivot on early signals to deliver results.
  • Demonstrated experience defining and reporting against quantitative goals/OKRs/metrics, using qualitative and quantitative findings including for market analysis.
  • Strong understanding of how Engineering, Product, and Design organizations operate, including roadmap planning, dependencies, and release sequencing.
  • Enough technical depth to see the seams (systems, dependencies, architecture trade-offs)  and to partner credibly with engineers and technical leads, without needing to be one.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills, thrives on attention to detail and process efficiency.
  • Strong relationship skills, with the ability to read team dynamics, plus high EQ across functions.

Bonus Points for:

  • Adopting AI tools in day to day work for productivity gains.
  • Enthusiasm for healthcare and technology.
  • An MBA or related degree.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary with generous annual cash bonus
  • Equity grants
  • Employee stock purchasing plan (ESPP)
  • Remote first work from home culture
  • Flexible Time Off to help you rest, recharge, and connect with loved ones
  • Generous parental leave

  • 401k retirement savings plan
  • Lifestyle Spending Account (LSA)
  • Mental Health Support Solutions

About Omada Health: Omada Health (Nasdaq: OMDA) is reverse engineering the way healthcare is delivered in America, putting the space between doctor visits–where health is won or lost–at the center of care. Today's healthcare system poorly serves chronic conditions that require ongoing support outside of the exam room, like obesity, diabetes, hypertension, cholesterol, and musculoskeletal conditions. Omada’s virtual-first model combines human-led care teams, connected devices, and AI-enabled technology to deliver personalized care at scale, including support for GLP-1 therapy. Omada has served more than two million members since launch across 2,000+ employers, health plans, pharmacy benefit managers, and health systems. Learn more at omadahealth.com.
