Tax Intern

Position Summary:

The individual will be responsible for assisting with various Tax Department projects including but not limited to; Domestics and International Tax Compliance, Tax Audit Assistance and Tax Reporting, etc.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tax Intern to join our Tax Team. This role reports to the Senior Director, Tax.

This role will be based in our New York, NY office and requires regular in-office presence five days per week.

Essential Functions:

  • Assisting in State and Local Compliance
  • Assisting in various tax audit tasks including the gathering of information needed for audit responses and help with analysis of workpapers received during an audit
  • Assisting in International Compliance
  • Assisting in excel based calculations used in tax planning
  • Possibly tax related research

Education, Skills and Experience Requirements:

  • Sophomores and above majoring in Accounting or Finance
  • Accounting and analytical skills
  • Strong computer skills- including knowledge of Excel, Word & PowerPoint
  • Good organizational skills
  • Interested in an Accounting or Finance career
  • Full-time Summer Internship

 

 

 

US Pay Rate

 

$20.00 USD
