About the Role:

Fuse are looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to take on the role of Managing Partner. This is a pivotal position within Fuse, requiring someone who can balance big-picture thinking with hands-on leadership. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, strengthening client relationships, and spearheading business growth. The ideal candidate will have deep industry expertise, a strong commercial mindset, and the ability to inspire and lead teams. About You:

  • Deep understanding of the sports marketing landscape across multiple sports.
  • Strong relationships with senior rights holders in the industry.
  • Expertise in setting negotiation strategies and securing major partnerships for clients.
  • Proven ability to lead commercial contract negotiations.
  • Experience managing both UK and multi-market/global partnerships.
  • Track record of growing client accounts through upselling existing services.
  • Trusted advisor to senior clients, offering strategic counsel.
  • Strong understanding of Fuse’s integrated offering.
  • Clear, effective communication with senior Fuse and OMG management.
  • Respected leader within the agency, trusted to drive performance and inspire teams.
