About the Role:

Tourism Ireland is the public sector organisation responsible for promoting the Island of Ireland as a tourism destination overseas. The Tourism Ireland vision and ambition are high: best utilisation of tech to ensure digital advertising truly connects with individuals – targeted, at scale.

We have embarked on digital transformation project, developing and implementing various bespoke MarTech tools to drive consumer-centric communication. The past year has been a tough one for the travel sector and has forced us to be more tactical and innovative with our media and communications. 

Dockers belongs to the LS&Co family and is a sister brand to Levi's. Originally famous for their Chinos, Dockers are looking to grow their brand through expanding to new markets and products. They have had a positive 2022 and are looking to continue the momentum. OMD EMEA are responsible for eCommerce planning and buying as well as integration with local markets brand activity to deliver full funnel planning.

You will have dual role managing Search activity for TI and Dockers on a global scale across Google Search, you will be responsible for the planning and buying of Search advertising, and you should also help lead the EMEA hub to instil best practices, training and new innovations. 

About You:

  • Experience in managing / activating international paid search media accounts on multiple engines.
  • Expert in the operation of 3rd party Bid Management tools like Kenshoo, Marin, Search Ads 360 etc.
  • Experience in mentoring & training junior team members.
  • Google Ads & Bing Ads certified. Certification in bid management platforms is beneficial.
  • Exemplary time management skills, able to prioritize and work well under pressure.
  • Analyse ongoing results to ensure budget monitoring and performance is met – good Excel skills are essential.
  • Experience in campaign execution, optimisation and analysis.
  • You will be an expert in creating performance reports for clients and providing insights.
  • You will have experience in creating presentations for clients and feel comfortable presenting.
