About the Role:

Reporting directly into the Programmatic+ Director, the Programmatic+ Manager will be tasked with leading campaigns across a variety of clients. Working with a talented team, you will be tasked with leading, motivating and making the most of their skills whilst delivering excellence in planning.

This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate to join a tight-knit, passionate team.     

  • Oversee the successful end to end delivery of all display activity across multiple DSPs including DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr and Amazon as well as Managed Service campaigns.
  • Look for ways to improve buying practices to utilise first party data, drive cost efficiencies and utilise buy side features to advance how programmatic technology is used across the team.
  • Deliver best practice brand safety and ad-verification, delivering to target KPI's and building on learnings for the client.
  • Support the Director to deliver trading deals, programmatic and OMG product targets.
  • Work closely with key vendors to ensure the client have priority access to new products, features, beta opportunities and inventory.
  • Provide personal development plans and support for executives of your team; and identify training requirements and areas for capability improvement.
  • Must have capacity to work under pressure and be self-motivated.
  • Have strong organisational skills, being able to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Confident presenter

 

The Ideal Candidate

You will be a high performing senior planner/buyer or senior exec with a media agency background looking to take the next step up in your career. You will have a background in Programmatic Display, used to running a high performing team, operationally very strong, with the ability to orchestrate a team to ensure deadlines are met and the work produced is of the highest standard. You will possess strong technical knowledge of the programmatic marketplace and a history of developing trust and building strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams. There is an emphasis on managing the relationships in the display and programmatic space with publishers. 

The person we’re looking for will be a key figure in fostering interest and excitement for Programmatic opportunities within the agency. You’ll be able to develop relationships with key technology suppliers and suppliers to help improve overall service levels. You will need to provide personal development plans and support for executives of your team; and identify training requirements and areas for capability improvement. Must have capacity to work under pressure and be self-motivated. Have strong organisational skills, being able to manage multiple projects at once. Being a confident presenter and storyteller would be preferential.
