Senior Executive, Client Leadership & Ops (12 month FTC)
About The Role
The Senior Executive, Client Services role will be split equally between two of our most exciting clients at OMD EMEA: Tourism Ireland and Odeon. You’ll join the Client Leadership Team as a Senior Executive, supporting the day-to-day running of the account and reporting into a larger CS team
Tourism Ireland is the public sector organisation responsible for promoting the Island of Ireland as a tourism destination overseas. With a high ambition and focus on the best utilisation of tech, the aim is to ensure digital advertising truly connects with individuals—targeted, at scale. The Account team’s purpose is to keep all stakeholders—central, local, agency and client—informed, aligned and trained, so the best of OMD shows up in marketing the island of Ireland.
For Odeon, part of the AMC Group and a leading cinema operator across 9 EMEA markets, the focus is on elevating the cinema guest experience and driving year-round attendance. As they move toward greater media centralisation, the Client Services & Operations team oversees campaign and project delivery, advising on communications and enabling efficient collaboration with OMD specialists and the network.

Flexible Working
At Omnicom Media Group, we are committed to supporting flexibility for our people while fostering collaboration, innovation, and teamwork. We have a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two working remotely), to ensure that we meet the needs of both our people and our business, balancing the benefits of in-person connections with the flexibility of remote working. Our standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that’s in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
We encourage open conversations between our people and managers to help navigate high-need periods and individual circumstances. Our goal is to create an environment where people feel genuinely supported to do their best - both in their careers and in their lives outside of work.
