OMD UK - CL Associate Director - McDonald's
About the Role:
We’re looking for an ambitious and highly driven Associate Director to join the hugely exciting and dynamic McDonald’s account within our Client Leadership team.
This is a critical role within the team - you will leading across multiple high-profile campaigns at any one time, building and maintaining exceptional relationships internally and externally and support on the day to day running of a key pillar of the business.
You will lead the development of effective and creative campaigns from brief to implementation, working closely with specialists throughout the agency and be the critical client contact. You will do this with the support of your junior team (an Account Manager and Assistant), who you will coach and support in their own career journeys.
McDonald’s is one of the UK’s biggest and best loved brands, and multi-award winning in its marketing approach.
It’s a fast-paced account (and one of the top 5 media spenders in the UK), with multiple brand and campaigns running at any given point. It’s a fascinating piece of media business to work on and presents a brilliant opportunity to build exceptional client and account management skills whilst developing multi-channel media campaigns.

Flexible Working

We have a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two working remotely), to ensure that we meet the needs of both our people and our business, balancing the benefits of in-person connections with the flexibility of remote working. Our standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that’s in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
