Senior Executive, Paid Social
About the Role:
OMD EMEA is seeking a Paid Social, Senior Executive to support the next stage of growth globally for an FMCG client of ours.
You will partner with the global team – and our 20-strong global team across London & New York – to deliver Integrated Planning for key brands within the portfolio.
At OMD we are tasked with leading the evolution of their communications across the world and establishing a way of working that puts ‘Connections Planning’ at the front of the marketing process.
OMD’s relationship with this client is run from 2 global hubs; in London & New York. The key global marketing clients are based in London. Core strategy teams are based in each hub with specific brand responsibilities, working closely with shared specialist services encompassing Social, Digital Performance, Content Partnerships, Innovation and Operations.
About You
You will have proven experience activating paid social campaigns. Experience working across performance marketing for international clients is a bonus! It's not essential to have worked in a media agency before, but you do need relevant commercial experience.
Other skills/requirements:
- You will analyse ongoing results to ensure budget monitoring and performance is met – good Excel skills are essential.
- Strong knowledge of the Meta, Snapchat, Pinterest & TikTok advertising marketplaces is required.
- You also need to be Meta Blueprint certified. Experience working with Smartly will be appreciated.
- Experience in campaign execution, optimisation and analysis.
- You will be an expert in creating performance reports for clients and providing insights.
- You will have experience in creating presentations for clients and feel comfortable presenting.
- You will also have good relationships with key partners and be up to date on their latest products.
- You will be able to work with other digital teams and feel comfortable discussing how social advertising fits into the overall marketing mix. Experience using Adobe Analytics is a plus.
- You will be responsible for making sure that the work delivered by the team meets the client's objectives.
- You will lead the client relationship day-to-day and be responsible for campaign strategy and optimisations.
- You will work with the team to make sure that our campaigns are meeting targets, and where needed, making optimisations.

Our working pattern for colleagues is to be present in the office three days a week at our offices in London with the other days available to work remotely. Let us know if you have any questions about our working pattern as part of your application and interview process.
