Account Manager - The National Lottery (Allwyn) - Hearts & Science UK
About the Role:
We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Client Experience team, working on the Allwyn account – the new operator of The National Lottery – with a focus on Scratchcards, the TNL Masterbrand, and Instant Win Games.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape the media presence of one of the UK’s most loved entertainment brands, helping bring moments of joy and excitement to millions across the country.
You’ll work across a rich media mix spanning TV, OOH, Social, Digital and more – with the opportunity to collaborate with specialist teams and partner agencies within Omnicom Media Group (OMG).
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent day-to-day client services, comms planning and media strategy. You will also help guide and develop more junior team members.
About you
This role will be a great fit if you:
- Have previous experience working in media, especially in a client-facing, comms planning role.
- Have excellent communication skills and enjoy collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Are skilled in end-to-end media planning – from insight and strategy through to activation.
- Have an understanding of media buying across all channels.
- Bring a positive, collaborative and proactive mindset.
We’re open to hearing from individuals at his Manager level already, or Senior Account Executives ready to step up. As well as candidates from client or media owner backgrounds looking to make a move agency-side.

Flexible Working

Our standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that’s in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
