About the Role:

You’ll join the Programmatic team as a Senior Manager to lead high performing programmatic teams that are responsible for delivering Programmatic, Display and video activities for Tinder.

Reporting into the Tinder Performance Director, this role will be the most senior Programmatic role within the team, with a Manger and Executive of  Programmatic reporting into you. You will be responsible for overseeing and supporting this individual’s output and workload, and you will play a leading tole in their personal development.

Tinder activates across DE, UK, FR, ES working closely with local In- House Tinder teams to develop best in class programmatic recommendations that drive awareness, consideration and user acquisition further down the funnel

We are looking for an energetic, optimistic and creative problem-solver Senior Manager to join our performance Tinder team at OMD EMEA. This covers liaison with clients on paid social campaigns across, YouTube, TTD and CTV partners as well as supporting the specialist teams in campaign management including implementation, optimisation, analysis and insights building.

You will be working closely together with the Social experts to create one digital strategy and ecosystem with room to learn and grow together.

About You:

  • To be a personal evangelist for Programmatic buying with a strong POV.
  • Oversee activation and optimisation of Programmatic buying campaigns on a variety of platforms (TTD/DV360/OLV) .
  • To work with the wider performance team to deliver integrated media plans that drive the best results for the client
  • You will have proven extensive experience managing programmatic marketing/advertising accounts.
  • You need to have a good understanding of media agency business, either by working in or closely with an agency.
  • You will be very comfortable managing relationships with clients and colleagues and will have experience managing people.
  • You will own areas of content on new business pitches and should expect to be asked to present your work.
  • You will have proven experience applying programmatic buying to solve business challenges.
  • You will take a leading role on developing the Programmatic strategy, including identifying relevant new betas and testing opportunities.

For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
