New

Head of Digital

London

About the Role:

For those that want to set the digital vision — and make it real.
For those that can lead programmatic, biddable and data operations as one engine.
For those that turn AI adoption, automation and ID‑based measurement into commercial advantage.
For those that can influence senior clients, win new business, and build teams people love being part of.

If this sounds like you, you could be the perfect addition to Hearts & Science.

Hearts & Science was created by Omnicom Media as a high‑growth global network brand, with a mission to challenge conventions and create transformational change for clients. In the UK, Hearts & Science has grown exponentially, working across clients including The National Lottery, Go.Compare, Opella and more — combining modern agility with the scale and infrastructure of OM.

The role: Head of Digital (Reports to: Chief Digital & Data Officer)

The Head of Digital leads the agency’s digital capability across programmatic, biddable, SEO and data operations, ensuring best‑in‑class delivery, innovation and commercial growth. You’ll set the digital vision and translate strategy into market‑leading, client‑facing solutions — with a core focus on AI adoption, ID‑based targeting and measurement, and developing a compelling external digital narrative.

What you’ll do

  • Define and drive digital strategy; partner across creative, planning, tech and analytics to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Act as the senior client advisor on digital transformation and media investment; lead new business growth.
  • Champion AI/automation and intelligent workflows; drive adoption of ID‑based solutions.
  • Improve operating frameworks, processes and scalability; strengthen measurement and analytics integration.
  • Translate platform, data and AI capability into clear, commercially viable propositions; build and motivate a diverse team.

About the Agency:

Hearts & Science, part of Omnicom Media Group (OMG UK), are one of the fastest growing agencies in the market. Built in the digital age with agility at our core, our DNA is different from your average media agency. Our people bring to life our values of challenging conventions, celebrating difference, collaboration and positivity.

The core of our difference is rooted in our culture, something we invest significant time and energy into nurturing to ensure our people remain happy and fulfilled.

A central pillar of creating an agency Fit for the Future is making decisions that benefit our people, our agency, our partners and our clients both today and tomorrow. In media terms this means total transparency, over-and-above data governance, ethical media practices and thinking both long and short. This extends into our approach to learning & development, our diverse staff population, and social calendar.

Flexible Working

At Omnicom Media Group, we are committed to supporting flexibility for our people while fostering collaboration, innovation, and teamwork. We have a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two working remotely), to ensure that we meet the needs of both our people and our business, balancing the benefits of in-person connections with the flexibility of remote working.  Our standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that’s in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.

We encourage open conversations between our people and managers to help navigate high-need periods and individual circumstances. Our goal is to create an environment where people feel genuinely supported to do their best - both in their careers and in their lives outside of work.
