
Senior Executive, Paid Social
About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our Paid Social team, working on Beiersdorf, a leading global skincare brand. In this role, you will support the development and delivery of comprehensive paid social media strategies aligned with client goals and objectives.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for campaign activation across multiple social platforms, ensuring all activity adheres to campaign requirements and deadlines. You will monitor and optimise campaigns to improve key performance metrics and ensure client objectives are met. You will also collect and analyse performance data, producing clear and insightful reports that highlight key results and outcomes.
Strong communication skills are essential, as you will work closely with the wider paid social team and other internal stakeholders. You will also act as a key point of contact for clients on paid social matters, providing regular updates and responding to any questions and concerns.
Skills:
- Confident with excel, have excellent numeracy skills and are open to learning.
- You have hands-on experience with social platforms (Meta, TikTok etc.)
- You demonstrate numerical and data analysis skills to interpret campaign performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations
- You can prioritise tasks and manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.
- You have experience interacting with clients to provide updates, address concerns and manage expectations.
- Excellent communication skills

Our working pattern for colleagues is to be present in the office three days a week at our offices in London with the other days available to work remotely. Let us know if you have any questions about our working pattern as part of your application and interview process.

Our standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that’s in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
