Raison d’Être
You will lead the day‑to‑day delivery, optimisation and governance of programmatic campaigns across EMEA via our Hub in London for ON Running as part of a unified digital activation strategy.
As an Agent of Change, you will bring technical depth, curiosity and collaborative leadership to the client, network and agency team. You will turn complex programmatic signals into clear strategic direction, platform data into actionable optimisation plans and brand ambition into programmatic‑driven growth.
You operate at the centre of activation across our international hub, using shared workflows, governance frameworks and platform tools in sync with our teams in the US.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Optimisation
- Lead day-to-day optimisation of programmatic campaigns across DV360, Youtube and additional platforms
- Support cross-channel activation across programmatic channels including display, OLV and CTV
- Analyse performance data to identify growth opportunities and optimisation priorities
- Manage audience targeting, creative testing, and budget pacing
- Develop structured test-and-learn roadmaps to drive incremental performance
Reporting & Insights
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports for client stakeholders
- Translate campaign data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
- Monitor KPIs including CPA, CPL, conversion volume, brand uplift and incremental growth
- Support the development of cross-channel performance dashboards
Campaign Setup & Quality Assurance
- Oversee campaign setup, trafficking, and platform configuration across programmatic platforms
- Ensure strict QA processes for campaigns, tracking, and budgets
- Review pixel and conversion tracking implementation and collaborate with analytics teams where required
Creative & Messaging Development
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure messaging aligns with brand and performance goals
- Identify opportunities for creative testing, format experimentation, and messaging optimisation
- Facilitate DCO application
Vendor & Platform Collaboration
- Work closely with selected platform partners and publisher vendors (DV360, Youtube, direct partners)
- Identify and activate beta opportunities, new ad formats, and platform innovations
- Ensure campaigns leverage the latest platform capabilities
Cross-Market Collaboration
- Work with a global team across multiple markets
- Share best practices and performance learnings across regions
- Coordinate with local teams on market nuances, language considerations, and cultural relevance
Skills/Experience:
- 3+ years experience in programmatic or performance marketing
- Strong experience with platforms such as:
- DV360
- Google Ads
- Youtube
- Amazon
- Experience with performance marketing reporting and optimisation
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with campaign data
- Experience working in fast-paced, multi-market environments
Nice to Have
- Experience with paid search or paid social platforms
- Experience working with ecommerce or retail clients
- Experience working with DCO technologies
- Additional language skills (French, German, Spanish, etc.)
- Familiarity with automation tools, feed-based advertising, or campaign optimisation platforms
- Experience with project management tools – eg Asana
Residence
Omnicom, Bankside 2, Southwark Street, London, with flexibility as required for EMEA collaboration.

Our standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that’s in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
