  • Support the Counselor to the CEO with program management, including stakeholder management, learning discussions and meetings, and coordination
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for grantees, partners, and other external stakeholders;  attend calls and events with EO grantees, and help identify ways we can support their work
  • Develop quarterly/periodic updates for the CEO and ET on the state of the EO’s programmatic pipeline and portfolio
  • Work with ON’s Learning and Impact team to carry out learning processes for the EO programmatic portfolio, including portfolio reviews, learning and reflection processes, evaluations, and knowledge management

Executive Presence and Events

  • Work with the Senior Manager, Communications to support the CEO’s involvement in external events and speaking engagements, including event planning and logistics, preparation of talking points and speeches, and support for follow-up activities
  • Support the planning, design and execution of ON-hosted events, such as grantee and partner convenings, receptions and social hours, and ON-hosted side events at major forums
  • Prepare the CEO for key meetings with leaders spanning our work across tech, policy, civil society, and philanthropy via written and verbal briefings
  • Support the Chief of Staff on the planning and carrying out ON board meetings

Communications Team Support

  • Work with the Senior Manager, Communications and ON vendors to support implementation of ON’s digital media strategy and activities – including supporting content development, and partnering with ON team members to help them leverage ON digital channels
  • Support the development of key communications campaigns, and aid the CEO in advancing those campaigns through external communications channels
  • Develop and produce content for internal communications channels and activities, including regular All Hands meetings, and periodic firmwide update emails from the Executive Team and CEO.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
