Overview

The Vice President, Innovation & Solutions will lead the charge in identifying, developing, and implementing innovative marketing strategies, technologies, and solutions to drive business growth. This role is a critical bridge between strategy, technology, and execution—ensuring that the agency remains at the forefront of industry trends while delivering cutting-edge, data-driven solutions to clients.

The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking leader with a strong background in marketing technology, AI-driven solutions, data analytics, and digital transformation. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, including strategy, creative, analytics, and technology, to develop scalable and innovative solutions that enhance client outcomes and agency capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Innovation & Strategy

  • Identify and evaluate emerging trends, technologies, and industry disruptions to drive innovation.
  • Lead Omnicom Health digital innovation programing efforts and managing innovation events
  • Champion AI, automation, and data-driven marketing solutions to enhance campaign performance and efficiency.
  • Partner with clients, industry leaders, and technology providers to integrate innovative solutions into marketing strategies.

Solution Development & Implementation

  • Support the development and deployment of scalable, tech-enabled marketing solutions that differentiate Omnicom Health.
  • Collaborate with data and analytics teams to drive insight-led decision-making for marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure seamless integration of new tools, platforms, and methodologies within existing client and agency workflows.
  • Oversee pilots, proof-of-concept initiatives, and beta tests for new solutions, while establishing and measuring KPIs and success.
  • Support pitches and agency initiatives with high-impact, innovative solutions to new and existing clients, contributing to revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with business development and account teams to tailor solutions that address specific client challenges.

Governance & Collaboration

  • Manage and nurture partner ecosystem that represents diversity in offerings to address specific business challenges.
  • Implement and enforce governance policies to ensure internal compliance with Omnicom standards, industry regulations, and client requirements.
  • Work cross-functionally with strategy, creative, analytics, and media teams to ensure seamless execution of innovative initiatives.
  • Collaborate with high-performing innovation leaders across the network, fostering a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and continuous learning.
  • Act as a thought leader, representing the agency at industry events, panels, and conferences.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing agency, consulting, or a digital innovation role. Pharmaceutical marketing experience a plus.
  • Proven track record of leading innovation initiatives and driving digital transformation.
  • Deep understanding of marketing technology (MarTech), AI, data analytics, and automation.
  • Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to translate complex technology into practical marketing applications.
  • Experience working with marketing leaders and cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Passion for staying ahead of industry trends and competitive innovations.

The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of an Omnicom Health Group company in the United States.   Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.

  • $155,000 - $170,000
