We are looking for an experienced and hands-on freelance Project Manager to support the planning and execution of events and congresses over the next 5–6 months. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and can confidently manage complex event logistics from start to finish.

Key Responsabilities

Oversee the end-to-end planning and delivery of events and congresses, ensuring all timelines and deliverables are met
Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, venues, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
Manage budgets, invoices, and event-related financial reporting
Lead on-site operations during events, including staff coordination and real-time problem-solving
Develop event schedules, production plans, and post-event debriefs
Provide regular updates and reports to the client or internal leadership

About you:

Proven experience managing corporate events, congresses, or large-scale activations. Experience in healthcare sector is a plus.
Strong project management and multitasking skills
Excellent communication in English
Flexible, solution-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
