Our people come from every corner of science, medicine, marketing, and communications, partnering with clients—and connecting with each other— to achieve meaningful change through better, more innovative communications.
About You
You get excited about building dashboards. You have a solid relationship with Google Analytics. Paid media? You know exactly what levers to pull. And if there’s a new AI tool making the rounds, chances are you’ve already tested it twice. You’re not just a technician — you understand how data connects to digital strategy and real-world results.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain custom dashboards to track performance and support strategic decisions.
- Lead the set-up, monitoring, and reporting of digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Deliver bi-monthly and on-demand performance reports, always focused on insights and actions, not just numbers.
- Participate in the definition of digital strategies, ensuring data and performance thinking are built in from the start.
- Develop and present proactive recommendations to improve campaign outcomes.
- Respond quickly and effectively to data-related questions, from both internal teams and clients.
- Support the team and clients with real-time insights on web and campaign performance.
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in an agency or healthcare-related environment.
- Expertise in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and similar tools.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing strategy, campaign funnel dynamics, and media planning.
- Strong skills in data visualization, Excel/Sheets, and performance storytelling.
- Passion for Artificial Intelligence and its practical applications in marketing and analytics.
- Proactive mindset, problem-solving approach, and a taste for fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication skills — you can explain complex things simply and clearly.
