
Business Support Coordinator
Business Support Coordinator (BSC) – Roles & Responsibilities*
- Manage calendars for all EVP/SVPs cross functional team members (account, creative, medical, strategy); -- level of involvement is squad dependent
- Manage travel & expenses for EVP/SVPs cross functional team members; note: Keyuri manages Curiosity Collaboration Squad (EVP & SVP Medical, Strategy, Customer Experience, Experience Planning, UX, Tech) travel & expenses
- Serve as a resourceful contact for all squad members to direct and/or resolve inquiries and concerns pertaining to travel, expenses, and scheduling as needed
- With guidance from account, coordinate and set up for client meetings (ex: room, catering, outside restaurant, etc.)
- For in-office catering, BSC to order catering (using BL credit card) and send HUB receipt of order; HUB to set up catering for meeting
- Plan all team events (planning & logistics)
- Manage internal OOTO across the squad
- Manage non-billable travel for all out-of-town squad team members – twice a year (BL yearly event + one other time)
- BSC to coordinate conferences throughout the year, ex: ASCO, ESMO, SABCS (including travel logistics, meals, client entertainment, etc.) – workbook shared amongst BSCs
- Attend squad/team meetings when needed
- With direction from manager, submit Paige tickets when employees need to be added to or taken off lists
- When needed, support EVP/SVPs putting in Paige tickets for IT support
- Manage BL main reception #646-364-1500 (including voicemail) as part of a rotation
- Provide coverage, when needed, across BSCs
- Based on bandwidth and with supervised training by account team, handle data entry of scope(s) into client portals (ex: PRISMA, Decideware)

As the Business Support person moves to the next level, they are expected to demonstrate an increase in:

*Note: While the above indicate general roles & responsibilities of the BSCs, there are also many squad specific responsibilities unique to each squad. These responsibilities are determined by the BSC and their direct manager.
Salary range-$45,000- $59,500.
