Your Role: VP, Group Account Directors are respected Agency leaders who deliver excellence for the agency and it’s clients. They go beyond helping their clients and our agency meeting their strategic and financial goals, they help them exceed them. They are master strategist, elite problems solvers and create great agency experiences

What You’ll Do:
- Own senior client level relationships, acting as advisors to clients at senior levels
- Help make key decisions at the agency
- Drive the team to provide clients with excellent n multichannel experiences
- Ensure the agency shows up several steps ahead of client expectations
- Be and expert on common pitfalls and how to avoid them
- Know how to create great internal team experiences
- Be a “career’ maker for junior staff
- Be a partner and advocate for all internal departments
- Champion agency initiatives and brand steward across businesses
- Lead by example by using tact, diplomacy, and a solution-oriented focus
- Grow business through pitches, new business, and organic growth
- Identify opportunities where agency COEs (Centers of Excellence) can be leveraged for their clients
- Manage team finances in partnership with Project Management team
- Be seen as an agency-wide leader who transcends the account discipline
- Develop and run agency initiatives that help better agency vision/goals
What You’ll Need:
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Superior organizational skills
- Able to take the leads across a multi-disciplinary team
- Able to travel to client meetings
- Excellent presentation skills with an ability to present ideas to brand teams and clients
- Specific leadership-level knowledge of all common agency projects and initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 12 years of medical marketing and/or agency experience
- Previous experience managing a high performing team
- A specialist in Patient Pharmaceutical advertising
This is a hybrid position. As per Omnicom policy, hybrid employees are expected to be in the office 3 days/week.
Salary Range - $143,000 - 199,500
