Job Description
Omnicom Health Market Access (OHMA) is seeking a Data Engineer, Analytics to join the recently formed Digital & Analytics team. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and should thrive in a consultative role.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain our existing analytics products
- Analyze a wide range of datasets to inform our clients’ market access strategy and be able to connect the dots between data and business objectives
- Design and build static visualizations as well as interactive dashboards for data analysis
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience writing R or Python code (ability to use both required)
- 3+ years of experience using SQL
- 3+ years of experience building visualizations in a tool like Tableau or Power BI
- Experience building data pipelines on AWS or Azure
- A strong interest to learn the pharmaceutical industry and the market access ecosystem in depth.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in pharmaceutical marketing and/or strategy consulting in pharmaceuticals/healthcare or pharmaceutical advertising agency experience
- Process-oriented with great documentation skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Experience with Veeva CLM
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Experience working with LLM models or technical understanding of AI products
The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of an Omnicom Health Group company in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
- Salary Range - $120,000 - $136,500
