The Experiential Producer is responsible for the development and activation of large-scale, integrated and/or immersive creative experiences. From conceptual collaboration to managing the day-to-day execution of dynamic activations, the right Experiential Producer will ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and in alignment with creative vision. They work across departments to facilitate seamless workflows and are hands-on in all aspects of project planning and delivery. You'll play a central role in shaping and launching industry-defining experiences, working across a diverse portfolio of best-in-class brands while gaining exposure to unparalleled learning and growth opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively contribute on all phases of production from project kickoff to final delivery and post-event activities for live events/immersive brand experiences/brand activations.
- Responsible for handling everything from vendor management to on-site execution.
- Build and manage project scopes, budgets, and schedules, ensuring clear communication across teams.
- Communication with vendors, fabrication teams, and other partners needed to bring world-class experiences to life.
- Coordinate internal and freelance resources to support studio needs.
- Partner with creative, post, and client teams to align on deliverables and feedback cycles.
- Track and report on project progress, proactively resolving issues and removing blockers.
- Maintain detailed project documentation and facilitate timely approvals.
- Ensure production excellence across all workstreams, formats, and outputs.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4-8+ years of experience in experiential/event production (range from Assistant to Lead).
- You have strong technical knowledge across experiential and related disciplines (digital, live, physical and or/environmental)
- You're connected within the industry and building a network of partners within the space.
- Proficiency in project management tools and studio workflows.
- Strong multitasking, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Experience partnering with internal creative teams and external vendors.
- Knowledge of timelines, media specs, and platform best practices, especially as it pertains to live, IRL and interactive activations.
- You're curious and knowledgeable about emerging technologies, leveraging generative and agent AI in your workflow and enhancing efficiency and creative delivery alike.
US Pay Range
$70,000 - $110,000 USD
