Job Title Studio Resource Coordinator 

Department Studio Operations / Resource Management 

Location London (Hybrid) 

Role Overview 

The Studio Resource Coordinator is a mid-level operational role within the Omnicom Production studio, supporting the effective delivery of resourcing, freelance engagement, and studio coordination across the business.  

Working closely with Bookings Managers, Finance, HR, Operations, and Building Operations, this role acts as a central point of coordination for freelance workflows, studio logistics, and day-to-day operational support. The coordinator plays a key role in ensuring systems, approvals, and communications run smoothly, enabling the wider studio to focus on delivery.  

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys ownership, process, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced creative environment. 

Key Responsibilities 

Freelance & Resource Operations 

  • Own and manage all activity within YunoJuno, including: 
  • Raising booking approvals and contracts 
  • Approving freelancer invoices, expenses, and timesheets 
  • Managing day-to-day YunoJuno administration and queries 
  • Act as the primary point of contact for freelancer communications, including: 
  • IR35-related queries 
  • Account access and onboarding support 
  • General freelance process guidance 
  • Raise and maintain freelancer accounts via Workday, following the transition of this responsibility from HR to Operations 
  • Provide cover for Bookings Managers during periods of annual leave, supporting booking requests and ensuring continuity of resourcing operations  

Finance & Commercial Support 

  • Raise Purchase Orders (POs) in line with Omnicom Production finance processes 
  • Support accurate and timely cost management by ensuring bookings, contracts, and approvals are raised correctly 
  • Liaise with Finance and Operations teams to resolve invoice, approval, or payment queries where required 

Studio, Facilities & Logistics Coordination 

  • Act as point of contact for suite booking requests, coordinating availability and managing requests 
  • Act as point of contact for hospitality requests, ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams 
  • Arrange room bookings, travel, and accommodation for teams when required 
  • Organise couriers and coordinate building passes with Building Operations (BOPs) as needed 

Talent & Directory Management 

  • Maintain and update the internal talent directory, ensuring new freelancers and talent are accurately recorded and kept up to date 

Key Skills & Experience 

  • Proven experience in a studio coordination, resource coordination, operations, or production support role, ideally within a creative agency environment 
  • Strong understanding of freelance workflows, approvals, and resourcing processes 
  • Experience using systems such as YunoJuno, Workday, and finance tools (or the ability to learn quickly) 
  • Experience using scheduling systems such (or the ability to learn quickly) 
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational and time-management skills 
  • Confident communicator, comfortable working with freelancers and senior stakeholders 
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities in a structured and calm manner

Growth & Development Pathway 

This role offers a clear and supported progression pathway into Bookings and Resource Management within Craft and the wider Omnicom network. 

As experience grows, the Studio Resource Coordinator will have opportunities to: 

  • Take on increased responsibility for booking activity and resourcing decisions 
  • Develop deeper commercial and utilisation awareness 
  • Progress into Bookings Manager or Resource Manager roles, supporting larger teams and accounts 
  • Build long-term career development within Craft’s studio and operations structure 

This position is well-suited to someone looking to grow into a strategic resourcing role while gaining a strong foundation in studio operations, finance processes, and cross-agency collaboration.
