Job Summary
The Senior Producer, Print is responsible for managing the production of projects that combine multiple services, such as print/retouching, mechanicals, proofing, and more. They work with a variety of teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and meet client requirements.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple projects, from the initial briefing to the final wrap. This includes managing schedules, generating budgets, and resolving conflicts.
- Establish and maintain effective, trusting, and collaborative working relationships with clients, 3rd party partners, and internal departments.
- Create estimates and schedules and manage projects from beginning to end to make sure they are on time and on budget.
- Serve as a primary communicator with creative, account, and project managers on upcoming and active project statuses.
- Work with the Director of Production to identify growth opportunities, client revenue forecasting, and tracking burn on projects.
- Bid out and manage production shoots with 3rd partner vendors.
- Collaborate with EPs in other NA offices for shared support, production knowledge, and best practices.
- Work with Business Affairs to support any licensing and usage requests.
- Work with client and Omnicom Production 3rd party vendors for all print production requirements.
- Manage day-to-day escalations and troubleshoot production challenges.
- Attend shoots to oversee production as needed.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years in a production environment.
- Agency experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience working on a global account.
- Excellent time management skills and verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to think critically and progressively to find creative solutions for any problem.
- Knowledge of Print and OOH specs, color assessment, and printing.
- Organized and works well under tight and changing deadlines
- Efficient problem solver in a production environment.
This position is in the Chicago office 3 days a week.
US Pay Range
$70,000 - $80,000 USD
