Treasury Analyst

Summary: The Treasury Analyst will report to the Senior Director, Cash and Treasury, and support the day-to-day operations of the Treasury function. This role is ideal for an individual with strong organizational skills who is eager to learn and grow their experience about cash management, liquidity planning, and treasury operations. This role will be hybrid, onsite 2 days/week out of our Conshohocken, PA office
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing bank accounts, including account openings, closings, and maintenance of authorized signers and user access.
- Monitor daily bank transactions, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Prepare and initiate electronic payments as needed in accordance with internal controls and deadlines and post transactions in the system.
- Initiate internal transfers in the banks and post transactions in the system.
- Update the daily cash flow and prepare the daily cash position report.
- Assist in preparing the cash flow forecasts.
- Support the analysis of cash flow trends and contribute data and insights for forecasting purposes.
- Support the administration of the company’s corporate credit card and virtual card programs, including reporting and reconciliations.
- Track and review bank fees and interest income; escalate discrepancies to the appropriate team members for resolution.
- Prepare month-end Treasury reporting.
- Assist in preparing internal reports and dashboards on treasury metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide documentation and support for audits and compliance-related activities.
- Participate in treasury-related projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the treasury function.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in Treasury, Finance, or Accounting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.
- Basic understanding of cash management and banking operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including use of pivot tables and advanced formulas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented and collaborative.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
The base salary range for this position is budgeted for $55,800 to $62,000 with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of proven experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, business needs, and market demand.
