Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer

 

Position Summary:

 

Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness. Analyze target market information to identify and recommend effective marking approaches. Identify new market segments that will benefit from the company products. Set current and long-term goals for internal teams. Build relationships with media and stakeholders through creative pr strategies and collaborate with senior executives to develop growth plans for the organization. Monitor all marketing campaigns and improve them when necessary. Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for sr. Executives. Provide guidance and ideas to organize effective marketing events. Forecasts, drafts, implements, and oversees the department’s operating budget. Forecast hiring needs for the marketing department. Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of the company’s objectives. Track competitors’ activities

 

Key Responsibilities:

Skills and Experience Needed:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Marketing, Communications, Master’s Degree preferred
  • 12-15 years of experience in marketing and long-range planning required.
  • Experience as a VP of Marketing, Marketing Director, or another senior role leading teams.
  • Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Strategic mindset, with ability to make difficult decisions.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
