AI Content Specialist

Remote (US)
About the company

Hi, we're Ondo Finance. Our mission is to provide institutional-grade, blockchain-enabled investment products and services. We have both a technology arm that develops decentralized finance technology, and an asset management arm that creates and manages tokenized funds.

We were the first company to tokenize exposure to US Treasuries, and have since expanded into several other assets. We are also focused on incubating protocols that can support both tokenized real-world assets and traditional crypto.

Founded by folks from Goldman Sachs Digital Assets Team, we’re backed by some of the best investors in the world including Founders Fund, Coinbase Ventures, Pantera Capital, Tiger Global, and more.

We are currently the leaders in the space in terms of AUM and are well capitalized to continue to grow the firm. We're fully remote, with team members across the U.S.

About the role

We're looking for an AI Content Specialist at the cutting-edge of AI content creation to join Ondo's Content team. This role focused on leveraging the latest AI tools to produce compelling visual and video content for our social media channels and to support broader marketing efforts.

You will be responsible not only for producing assets, but for building repeatable workflows, evaluating emerging tools, and defining best practices for AI-assisted content creation at Ondo. This role sits at the intersection of creative production, tooling innovation, and branding.

Responsibilities
  • Produce & Scale: Generate high-quality image and video content for Ondo's social media and broader marketing efforts.
  • Innovate & Execute: Leverage an evolving stack of generative AI tools to establish new creative formats, visual styles, and rapid-prototyping workflows.
  • Build the Playbook: Document findings from your tool experiments and share insights with the broader team to establish best practices and operationalize AI capabilities.
  • Maintain Brand Excellence: Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Design teams to ensure all AI-generated assets are accurate, aligned with campaign goals, and meet our strict institutional-grade standards.
  • Trend Spotting: Stay on the bleeding edge of AI model releases and surface new tools that give Ondo a competitive advantage in content velocity and quality.
Requirements
  • Proven Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience with state-of-the-art AI image and video generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E, Runway, Sora, Veo, etc.)
  • Creative Eye: A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual and video output, with a sharp sense of composition, style, and brand consistency.
  • Builder’s Mindset: You are comfortable experimenting with new tools independently and turning raw capabilities into repeatable production workflows from scratch.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where the technology and the playbook change weekly.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous execution with the capacity to iterate rapidly based on creative feedback.
  • Clear Communication: You can translate complex AI workflows into simple, actionable insights and document your experiments clearly for the wider team.
What we offer
  • A+ colleagues — our team includes alumni from: Goldman Sachs, Blackrock, Two Sigma, Bridgewater, SpaceX, AWS, Meta, Google, McKinsey, Circle, Uniswap
  • Best-in-class investors — we are proud to be backed by leading crypto experts and VCs, including Pantera Capital, Founders Fund and Coinbase Ventures

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
