Full-Stack Software Engineer - Growth

Remote (US)

About Ondo

Capital markets are moving onchain. Ondo Finance is building the products and infrastructure that will bring them there.

We create institutional-grade, blockchain-enabled investment products and services, including tokenized treasuries, tokenized stocks and ETFs, and new trading experiences built for global, always-on markets. We are the category leader by AUM, well-capitalized, and backed by investors including Founders Fund, Coinbase Ventures, Pantera Capital, and Tiger Global.

The underlying financial infrastructure is complex. We believe the product experience should not be.

About the Web team

The Web team builds the product layer that makes Ondo's financial infrastructure accessible. We own the experiences through which users onboard, establish eligibility, move money, mint and redeem Ondo Stocks, manage portfolios, and use products across multiple blockchains.

We are a small team of exceptional engineers with broad ownership and a high bar for craft, judgment, and execution. We turn complexity across compliance systems, backend services, smart contracts, and external partners into products that feel clear and dependable.

Engineering on this team is distinguished by:

  • Product taste. We simplify complex financial workflows without hiding the details that matter.
  • End-to-end ownership. Engineers shape, build, launch, and improve the product.
  • Speed with confidence. We scope sharply, move quickly, and hold a high quality bar.
  • Security and correctness. Access control, auditability, privacy, and failure behavior are design constraints from the start.
  • High agency and low ego. We act without waiting, invite direct critique, and make the team better.

About the role

As a Full-Stack Engineer focused on Growth, you will design the foundations of how users discover, understand, adopt, and return to Ondo's products. You will own the systems and product experiences that turn user insight into measurable growth across acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.

Your scope spans the full growth loop—from public websites and user-facing product journeys to experimentation, analytics, content systems, backend workflows, and third-party platforms. You will set technical direction, define the measurement foundations, and evolve these systems as our products, markets, and scale change.

This is a foundational ownership role for a senior engineer. You will turn ambiguous growth opportunities into clear hypotheses, durable architecture, and polished product experiences. You will partner closely with Product, Design, Marketing, Data, and Engineering while owning the judgment: where friction matters, what to build, how to measure it, and when the evidence calls for a different direction.

The goal is not experiment volume. It is to understand users better than anyone else and turn that understanding into durable product improvements and measurable business impact.

What you'll do

  • Own the growth engineering strategy across discovery, acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention—from identifying the highest-leverage opportunities through technical design, launch, measurement, and iteration.
  • Design and evolve the foundations for experimentation, event instrumentation, attribution, funnel analysis, content, and lifecycle experiences so the team can move quickly and trust what it learns.
  • Build polished user-facing experiences and the backend systems, data models, APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations behind them.
  • Work directly with users and product data to identify friction, form clear hypotheses, and make disciplined product and technical bets.
  • Turn validated learning into durable product capabilities and measurable business impact—not one-off experiments.
  • Partner with Product, Design, Marketing, and Data to lead launches, localization, and new ways to grow adoption across Ondo's products.
  • Improve organic discovery and conversion through technical SEO and AEO, performance, structured content, and clear user journeys.
  • Raise the level of the team through clear writing, thoughtful code review, strong operational ownership, and effective use of modern AI engineering tools.

What you bring

  • 4+ years of experience building and operating production full-stack applications with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
  • Experience driving measurable acquisition, activation, engagement, or retention outcomes through growth engineering, product-led growth, consumer product, ecommerce, or similarly data-informed product work.
  • Experience building and operating serverless systems on AWS, including Lambda and adjacent services such as API Gateway, EventBridge, or SQS.
  • Strong experience using BigQuery and product analytics data to model funnels, investigate user behavior, and measure product and business impact.
  • Strong fundamentals in API and data-model design, relational databases, event-driven systems, event instrumentation, experimentation, testing, and observability.
  • A record of owning product work end to end—not only implementing experiments or specifications handed to you.
  • Product taste: you can find the simplest experience that solves the user's problem without ignoring the complexity or edge cases underneath it.
  • Data fluency and intellectual honesty. You can define useful metrics, distinguish signal from noise, and change direction when the evidence challenges your hypothesis.
  • The ability to communicate clearly, learn unfamiliar domains quickly, and create alignment across engineering, product, design, marketing, and data partners.
  • High agency and low ego. You move important work forward, invite strong critique, and care more about the outcome than whose idea wins.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience building fintech, trading, crypto-native, or other high-consideration products where earning user trust is essential.
  • Experience with lifecycle marketing, CRM, CMS, experimentation, localization, or analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with AEO, structured content, international SEO, and growth across multiple regions or languages.
  • Experience applying AI to prototyping, personalization, analytics, content operations, or other growth workflows.

We do not expect every strong candidate to arrive with deep crypto or every growth specialty listed above. We do expect curiosity, strong product and engineering fundamentals, and the ability to turn learning into shipped improvements quickly.

What we offer

  • Challenging, high-impact work helping define how a global audience discovers and adopts a new category of financial products.
  • Competitive compensation including salary, future token rights, and/or equity, according to your preferences.
  • Full medical, vision, and dental benefits, plus a flexible vacation policy.
  • A remote-first environment with meaningful autonomy and influence over product and technical direction.
  • Exceptional colleagues from Goldman Sachs, BlackRock, Two Sigma, Bridgewater, SpaceX, AWS, Meta, Google, McKinsey, Coinbase, Circle, and Uniswap.
  • Backing from leading crypto experts and investors, including Pantera Capital, Founders Fund, and Coinbase Ventures.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
