Job Description
The TREE Senior Program Support Assistant will support the Tree Program team in managing payments, surveys, collecting KPI, and routine administrative tasks to ensure smooth field operations and delivery of program activities. You will be a part of the Program Support Unit and will report directly to the PSU Coordinator.This role is based in Bahirdar and is office-based, with regular field visits expected (~1 every other week in person or remotely).

Key Job Responsibilities
- Manage and process payment requests for TNOs, government stakeholders, and field staff, ensuring accuracy.
- Collect and maintain weekly and daily KPIs, conduct routine surveys, back-checks, and ad hoc data collection to support program monitoring and learning.
- Support routine administrative tasks for the Tree Program, including scheduling, procurement requests, document management, and coordination of materials between the office and the field.
- Conduct regular field visits to support operations, train field staff on GSuite and electronic material management, and troubleshoot minor technical issues. Maintain the Tree Master database, manage photo collection from the field, and assist with other ad hoc operational tasks to ensure program quality and continuity.
Top Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience in program support, field operations, or administrative roles in agricultural, agroforestry, or development programs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and Word, with experience in GSuite applications (Sheets, Drive, Forms) for data collection and reporting.
- Experience managing financial transactions or processing payments in a structured program environment.
