The Nigeria program, established in 2018, is headquartered in Minna, Niger state. We're currently serving over 100,000 unique farmers across the state via our inputs on credit 'Core' program, inputs on cash 'Retail' program, and have a free tree seedling distribution 'Agroforestry' program. About the Role
The Nigeria Recruitment Specialist will represent the Global Recruitment team in Minna, Nigeria. They will coordinate with the in-country HR team to fill high-volume openings for the country program as we expand and will manage additional Recruitment support if needed.
Responsibilities
Direct ownership of 10-12 pipelines:
- Oversee candidate screening and selection process from the review of applications through the interview process for 10-12 roles ranging from JL1-8 with upskilling to JL9-14. Note that most roles will be Nigeria-based roles.
- Guide candidates through our multi-step process (interviews, assessments and exercises) with clear communication, excellent customer service and support to all candidates.
- Assist Hiring Managers with creating interview materials, train them to use our Recruitment platforms and provide other support as requested.
Nigeria Program Recruitment Business Partner:
- Assist Hiring Managers with creating interview materials, train them to use our Recruitment platforms and provide other support as requested.
- You will maintain regular communication with the Nigeria stakeholders to drive a Recruitment strategy and to support assigned hiring needs.
- You will also influence Nigeria’s stakeholders to comply with global strategy and policy, respond accordingly to urgent hiring needs, and implement initiatives to support the recruitment mandate.
- Partner with the in-country HR team for assigned roles, maintaining a dotted relationship to jointly drive staffing targets.
- Ensure recruitment activities transition seamlessly into the end-to-end onboarding and other downstream HR process and, while aligned with local workforce planning.

Qualifications
Across all roles, these are the general qualifications we look for. For this role specifically, you will have:
- 4 -7 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, human resources, or a related role.
- Proven ability to simultaneously manage 10–12 diverse recruitment pipelines from initial screening through to final offer.
- Act as a trusted Business Partner to Hiring Managers, influencing decisions and managing expectations effectively.
- A strong customer-service mindset to guide candidates empathetically through a demanding, multi-step hiring process.
- Deep understanding of the Nigerian talent landscape, local hiring nuances, and regional sourcing channels.
