In Zambia, our focus is on agroforestry. We provide farmers with a package of different tree varieties and the training they need to create an additional source of income while strengthening their resilience in the face of a changing climate. The tree package provides farmers with a range of benefits, from medicinal use to food and timber. In the longer term, we also plan to help farmers generate income through the carbon credit market. We are headquartered in Kabwe and operate throughout the Central Province, including Chibombo, Chisamba, Kapiri, and Luano districts, where most people rely on agriculture for their livelihoods. About the Role

You will oversee the daily operations of the Zambia Store ensuring correctness of inventory and adherence to standard operating procedures responsibilities if any.  You will be a part of Procurement team and will report directly to Procurement Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• You will correctly store all inventories at the store, conduct periodical stock verification and keep accurate records of all transactions relating to stock movement.
• You will adopt standard safety measures for safe store operations. Check for defects and expirations to avoid any damage or loss.
• You will receive and dispatch goods at the store by qualifying thoroughly the quantities, quality, and specifications.
• You will work with the procurement team, requesters, and transport support department to ensure that goods are delivered to requesters on time in the most cost-effective ways.
