Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance of all manufacturing equipment and systems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Work safely and comply with all safety processes
- Comply with quality system work instruction
- Monitor, diagnose, maintain, repair, and upgrade mechanical equipment and systems as directed
- Completion of PM’s per schedule
- Completing PdM routes
- Timely responding to breakdowns
- Fabrication, as needed
- Equipment installation
Qualifications and/or Experience
- High school diploma or GED ; prefer Associates in related field
- Previous mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environnent
- Able to interpret mechanical and electrical schematics as well as engineering drawings.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Must be comfortable working in a semi-clean room atmosphere, including gowning or lab coats, hair nets, gloves and safety glasses
- Must be able to read, write, and understand work instructions and documentation
- Must be able to use computer based work tools
- Prior experience working with/repairing power transmission, bearings, hydraulics, pneumatics, seals, pumps & fans and basic rigging
- Millwrighting or machining skills are a plus
- Knowledge of PLC’s, VFD’s, servo controllers, temperature control, and HMI systems is a plus
- May be required to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs.

- Work schedule to be established with supervisor to ensure Company’s client and business needs are met
