Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
  • Sanitize and restock restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas.
  • Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly.
  • Maintain floors by buffing, waxing, or using specialized cleaning equipment as needed.
  • Wash windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
  • Ensure entryways and hallways remain clean and free of debris.
  • Monitor and report any maintenance or repair needs, such as plumbing issues, broken fixtures, or safety hazards.
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down furniture or equipment for events and meetings.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies to maintain a clean and hazard-free environment.
  • Secure and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Previous custodial, or cleaning experience (preferred but not required).
  • Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools safely.
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and safety protocols.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
  • Dependability and punctuality.
  • Ability to follow instructions and adhere to company policies.

Work Environment:

  • Indoor and outdoor work in various settings (offices, restrooms, breakrooms, hallways, etc.).
  • Exposure to cleaning chemicals and occasional moderate physical labor.
  • May require evening or weekend shifts depending on facility needs.
