Product Manager, B2B Tech

Job Overview 

We are looking for an experienced and competitive Product Manager who will be responsible for driving, developing, and managing product development within our business unit. Initially, this role was focused on our Cybersecurity SaaS product, Cymetrics, but as we integrate multiple products into the same team, the scope may expand to include IXT (B2B Insurtech) and Vulcan (AI Security Validation).

Responsibilities

• Conduct marketing and competitor research to understand Insurtech, cybersecurity, and AI security ecosystems, market, competition, and user requirements in depth.
• Manage product roadmap and backlog to prioritize product deliverables to ensure optimal utilization of resources on highest impact items.
• Work with UX/UI designers to develop user stories, mockups and prototypes to communicate clearly the business context and product requirements with fellow product managers, developers and business stakeholders.
• Lead and facilitate scrum meetings and development process enhancements to ensure collective success in product and project delivery.
• Daily interaction and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to manage expectations and drive product enhancement/development.  
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to build and maintain detailed project plans throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Contribute to nurturing a user-centric and product-lead company culture by evangelizing product vision and thinking with designers, engineers and stakeholders.
• Participate actively in product learning, creativity and innovation sessions.
• Establishes product prioritization principles that inform consistent decision-making.
• Effectively negotiates ambiguous situations and drives rapid decisions. 

Requirements

• Have 2 to 5+ years of experience in product management.
• Highly independent, self-driven, and detail-oriented, with the ability to research and tackle challenges proactively.
• Adaptable in an extremely fast-paced, product-led environment, embracing challenges, learning from feedback, and thriving amid changing priorities.
• Candid and be able to give hard feedback with empathy and respect.
• Passionate about learning new technologies and industries, comfortable working across multiple product lines with unique market and technical challenges.
• Familiar with agile software development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering meaningful business outcomes and owning key product areas.
• A capable and empathetic leader with strong communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills, including mentoring junior PMs with some support.
• Fluent in Mandarin, with proficiency in English as a plus.
