Responsibilities

• Develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve backend services, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Participate in designing system architecture and understanding the software development lifecycle.
• Perform regular code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and ensure that business requirements are consistently met. 

 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 1 year of experience in backend development (preferably in Java), experience in RESTful API development using the Spiring Boot framework.
• Good understanding of basic algorithms, data structures, and database (RDB) operations.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Basic understanding of unit testing and testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit).
• Basic knowledge of SOLID principles, design patterns, microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes is preferred.
• Good communication skills.

 

Interview Process

• Phone interview: 0.5-1 hour
• Selection Test: 2 hours
• Onsite Interview: 2-2.5 hours, onsite coding test & meet with hiring managers
