Pay: $40 -$55/hour (depending on location and experience)

Position Objective:
The HR Generalist role will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment, supporting various HR initiatives and projects, and developing reports to support an HRIS migration. The ideal candidate will have strong recruiting experience, solid project management capabilities, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (40%)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, reference checks, and offer negotiations.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
HR Project Support (30%)
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring HR-related projects (e.g. job architecture, annual planning process, compensation structures, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR programs and initiatives.
- Track and report progress on project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
Reporting & Analytics (30%)
- Generate regular and ad hoc HR reports and dashboards
- Use Microsoft Excel to analyze trends and provide actionable insights to HR leadership.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems and reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2–4 years of HR experience with a strong focus on recruiting.
- Demonstrated experience supporting or leading HR projects.
- Experience creating and analyzing reports using Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, charts, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Familiarity with HRIS and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Rippling and Namely experience is a plus.
