You:
ā
6+ years of experience in federal business development and account management.
ā
A track record of winning competitive IT services contracts across DoD- specifically with Navy (Seaport, NSWC, NAVSEA), AirForce (Kessel Run, AFLMC, familiarity with Platform One and LevelUp), and DLA/ JETS. Bonus points for experience with DISA.
ā
Comfortable taking initiative and leading opportunity shaping efforts, teaming strategies, and win theme development support.
ā
Skilled at building customer relationships, shaping opportunities, and influencing buying decisions. Know how to move the needle and not just hit golf balls.
ā
Proficient in the full BD lifecycleāfrom account planning and capture support to proposal and project kickoff.
ā
Know your way around Salesforce CRM, federal contracting vehicles (GWACs, IDIQs), and the FAR.
ā
Experienced in pipeline management, market analysis, and competitive positioning.
ā
Confident reviewing RFPs and leading Bid/No Bid decisions with clarity and data.
š” Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
ā Familiarity with and use of AI/ML technologies and how theyāre shaping federal missions
ā Experience with collaboration tools like Mural, Slack, etc.
