What will you do?

• Lead and execute internal audits aligned with global standards.
• Assess, strengthen, and monitor the company’s risk management framework.
• Conduct risk-based assessments to evaluate controls, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain audit programs, risk registers, and control documentation.
• Partner with business units to ensure remediation plans are implemented.
• Prepare concise audit reports and executive summaries for leadership.
• Support governance enhancements and IPO-readiness initiatives.
• Coordinate audit evidence and documentation for external auditors.

What are they looking for?

• 5+ years in internal audit, external audit, or risk management.
• Strong preference for Big Four experience.
• Proven ability to evaluate controls and conduct risk assessments.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Advanced English (written and spoken).
• Effective communicator with senior stakeholders.
• High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
