• 1-2 years of NP experience preferred
• Hematology/Oncology experience as RN or NP is a plus

About the Role:

MD Clinics, part of the Mary Bird Perking Cancer Center network, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our oncology practice in Alexandria, Louisiana, a close-knit community where patient care is deeply personal and meaningful. As a Nurse Practitioner in our practice, you will play an essential role in delivering high-quality oncology care alongside experienced physicians and staff. We understand that oncology is a highly specialized field, which is why we offer a comprehensive 90-day onboarding and training program designed to fully prepare Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) for success in this specialty. Whether you're transitioning into oncology or looking to deepen your expertise, our structured training ensures you gain the confidence and clinical knowledge you need to thrive.
