About the Role:

Tennessee Oncology is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider to join our Palliative Care team in Lebanon, TN. This is a full-time, outpatient position that offers a Monday through Friday schedule. In this role, you will be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, offering specialized palliative care services to patients and families navigating complex medical conditions. The APP will play an integral role in symptom management, care coordination, and supporting patients’ quality of life throughout their treatment journey. This position is ideal for an experienced NP or PA who values teamwork, compassion, and continuity of care.
