Ideal Candidate:
- Active RN state license required
- Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) certification required
- Current CPR certification required
- 5+ years practicing as an RN required
- 3+ years of oncology experience as RN required
- 3+ years of specialized leadership experience preferred
About the Role:
The Nursing Services Manager will work in conjunction with, and by the direction of, the Director of Clinical Services to provide nursing and medical assistant support for practice locations by consulting and advising clinicians on best-practices, implementation of/providing education and training programs, and collaborating on interdisciplinary projects. This position provides oversight of nursing leadership and staff, and supports and adheres to the Code of Ethics and Business Standards. Core duties and responsibilities include:
- Ensure clinical operations and practice consistent with organizational objectives
- Collaborates with functional areas to provide support on operational projects such as oncology practice initiative site assessments, and other special projects as assigned
- Facilitates the implementation and/or utilization of outcomes data and evidence-based practices
- Facilitates implementation of standardized best practices within the organization
- Ensures practice standards of care are consistent with community standards of care
- Ensures the incorporation of clinical evidence into existing and newly developed standards
- Staff Development
- Assess staffing levels and issues, patient flow, current practices in the clinical setting
- Assists with the development of company-wide clinical competency testing and skills validation programs
- Ensure adequate staffing/FTEs for assigned clinics or region
- Maintains effective nursing staff coverage and operating costs for the practice and/or satellites within budgetary parameters
- Demonstrates working knowledge of applicable labor laws and schedules and coordinates employee staffing including vacations, sick leave, and overtime
- Knowledge of Oncology and Hematology drugs
- Mixing required
- Inventory knowledge
- IV nurse experience
- Provides oversight for functions of nurse leads and supervisors as applicable.
- Other duties as assigned

Salary Transparency:
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
Base Salary Range: between $115,000 - $125,000 annually
