About the Role

Connecticut Oncology Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join its hematology and oncology team in a collaborative outpatient setting. In this role, you will work closely with physicians to provide comprehensive cancer care, supporting patient evaluations, follow‑up visits, symptom management, and ongoing treatment coordination. The practice emphasizes continuity of care and strong patient relationships, allowing providers to make a meaningful impact throughout the cancer journey. This opportunity is ideal for an NP with oncology experience who values teamwork, compassionate care, and practicing within a supportive, patient‑focused environment.

Salary Transparency:

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

Base Salary Range: between $120,000 - $140,000 annually
