About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and highly personable human resource professional to assist in people operations. Reporting to the VP of Human Resources, this position will focus on enhancing employee productivity and modernizing HR systems. 1Path is heavily focused around driving productivity through accountability. This position must be a cultural leader and provide support to strive for a best in the industry company culture.   

Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as the primary contact to 1Path employees and managers. 
  • Managing the employee journey for 1Pathers: including responsibility for facilitation of the company onboarding program through exit interviews. 
  • Support the management of the HR SharePoint for all employees. 
  • Ownership of the company’ quarterly review cycle (Quarterly Connect)  
  • Oversees employee relations including disciplinary meetings, investigations and terminations.  
  • Work with managers to enable them to develop their employees and advance their careers. 
  • Supervises 2 direct reports: Recruiter & Office Coordinator II 
  • Drive employee culture through rewards & recognition: facilitate monthly recognition meetings & quarterly town hall programs, establish years of service recognition  
  • Provides support and guidance to HR team, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations. 
  • Assess voluntary attrition levels, identify areas of opportunity and potential root causes, create action plans to address and lead implementation. 
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance. 
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law. 
  • Performs other duties as assigned. 

 

Required Skills/Abilities:  

  • Demonstrated success in partnering with managers in areas of talent management, addressing organizational and employee development issues and resolving complex employee relations issues. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. 
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. 
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations. 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. 
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems. 

Education and Experience: 

  • A minimum of three to five years of human resource management experience preferred. 
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP desired. 

 

What We Offer

  • Base salary estimated range between $80,000 to $120,000 annually. The final base salary offer will be determined after reviewing relevant factors, including but not limited to skill sets and relevant experience.
