About the Role 

At 1Path, our clients rely on us to support, maintain, and grow their IT infrastructure as they grow their own business’.  In addition, our new prospects look to 1Path to provide engaging discovery in order to understand their business challenges and requirements while providing solutions that meet these needs In this role, the successful individual will generate solutions for clients and prospects evaluating 1Path’s core IT Services. They will work in conjunction with a dedicated team of Sr. Account Executives to evaluate customer and prospect challenges in order to provide proposals for managed services and projects. A Solutions Engineer at 1Path is extremely inquisitive, passionate about solving challenging problems, hungry for building relationships, and thrives in a highly complex technology environments.   

   

   

Job Description 

  • Grow 12-month annual recurring revenue. This will be achieved by generating:    
  • Hone knowledge of technology landscape 
  • Research technology and trends for client/prospect needs   
  • Conduct effective discovery of client current state 
  • Bring thoughtful information about the marketplace to 1Path’s leadership so that we may rapidly advance our go-to-market strategy    
  • Drive thoughtful solutions to clients by creating a clear roadmap from the defined current state to the client’s desired state.    
  • Lead from within and negotiate internally to guide 1Path’s product development lifecycles based on market demand.  

   

Preferred Qualifications 

  • 5+ years designing and deploying and/or supporting customer IT environments 
  • 3+ years in IT client account management or equivalent experience  
  • 2+ years as a Solutions Engineer in IT Managed Services 
  • Experience supporting a minimum of 2 sales representatives with demonstrated successes overachieving quota 
  • Experience solutioning a wide range of technologies for holistic IT & Security including:  
  • Public & Private Cloud  
  • IAM  
  • Endpoint Management  
  • Network & Server Architecture  
  • Threat Prevention & Detection  
  • Help Desk  
  • Telephony  
  • Email & Cloud Collaboration 
  • Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity 
  • Highly organized and proficient in CRM SaaS platforms  

   

Soft Skill Requirements 

  • Excellent customer service skills  
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team – a “self-starter”  
  • Avid learner in constant pursuit of learning more about technology to better advise clients 
  • Ability to work through a variety of methods including mail, Microsoft Teams, telephone, and via chat channels 
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills   
  • Demonstrate strong analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities and flexibility with ability to multitask in fast-paced environment 
  • Ability to correctly assess a situation and come up with a logical resolution and seek assistance if required 
  • Ability to diligently create and maintain clear and concise documentation   
  • Ability to clearly relay technical data to non-technical individuals   
  • Strong attention to detail  
  • Strong time management skills  

   

What We Offer

  • Base salary estimated range between $90,000 to $120,000 annually plus commissions. The final base salary offer will be determined after reviewing relevant factors, including but not limited to skill sets and relevant experience.
