About the Role

To increase Managed Services revenue year over year by generating profitable opportunities. Also, to expand 1Path operations by ensuring revenue growth is generated across the continental United States. This will be achieved by hunting and into new (no prior Managed Services Business with 1Path) accounts and generating meaningful sales for the 1Path Managed Services Business Unit.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Grow 12 month projected annual reoccurring revenue by converting/generating 10 Sales Qualified Leads (Opportunities) per month 

•    Achieve through a combination of Marketing Qualified Leads and self-sourced leads 

•    Works with team to ID and build campaigns which generate traffic and conversion opportunities 

•    Manages call-in, web chat, and other inbound sources to convert warm opportunities 

2. Maintain consistent high-volume of activities through social, email, and calling 

•    At least 800 one-off outbound activities per week  

•    Generate at least 2 (20% of total) Sales Qualified Leads from these outbound efforts 

•    Demonstrate ability to create pipeline value immediately with the introduction of new opportunities through “hunting” (marketing, networking, cold-calling, and other means) 

3. Hone knowledge of technology landscape while improving people skills   

•    Spends free time studying tech landscape 

•    Brings valuable ideas back to the team to improve the collective 

•    Innovates by bringing new ideas to organization based on understanding of tech 

4. Track progress diligently and drive information back to leadership and team through CRM 

•    Keeps CRM up to date with email communications, deal status, and any other relevant information 

•    Provide accurate information around sales commits during the current month and always have a plan to backfill any lost commits 

•    Always aware of personal progress and path to achieving goals

What does the right teammate look like?  

•    3+ years of proven experience cold calling 

•    Experience in technology sales or sales enablement 

•    Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills  

•    Strong in both written and verbal communication  

•    Ability to communicate complex information and bundled solutions in a simple/understandable manner  

•    Ability to understand the needs of C-Level executives, uncover key problems they face, and work closely with a team of people to deploy effective solutions  

•    Degree from an accredited university is a plus, but not required

Operate as a strategic consultant to prospective 1Path clients. Engage in thoughtful business discovery while bringing creative IT methodologies to solve complex problems. Bring your years of experience to provide effective recommendations to clients while building strong relationships that can stand the test of time.  

Each 1Path Account Executive is responsible for managing the entire sales process. It is expected that you can support your pipeline by generating opportunities and always maintaining accurate reporting. You will need to stay current with industry trends while developing domain specific expertise to support your efforts.

  • Base salary estimated range between $50,000 to $60,000 annually.  The final base salary offer will be determined after reviewing relevant factors, including but not limited to skill sets and relevant experience.
