About the Role:

As a Service Delivery Manager at 1Path, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the delivery of our services to client. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, establish and maintain strong relationships and ensure that service delivery meets or exceeds client expectations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality services.  


Responsibilities and Duties:

Client Relationship Management 

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction 

Service Delivery Oversight 
• Lead and coordinate service delivery teams to ensure the timely and effective delivery of services 
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPI's) to assess service delivery performance and identify areas for improvement 
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery efficiency and effectiveness 
 
Team Collaboration 
Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, IT, and customer seaport, to align service delivery with client requirements 
• Foster a collaborative and positive working environment to promote teamwork and accountability 
 
Continuous Improvement 
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in service delivery 
• Implement best practices to enhance overall service delivery capabilities  
 
Reporting and Analysis 
• Prepare regular reports on service delivery performance for internal client review 
• Conduct Data Analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement 

 

Qualifications and Soft Skills  

  • Proven experience in Service Delivery Manager or similar role
    • Strong understanding of service delivery processes and best practices
    • Excellent communicator and interpersonal skills. 
    • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships 
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making. 
    • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. 

 

What We Offer:

  • Base salary estimated range between $85,000 to $100,000 annually. The final base salary offer will be determined after reviewing relevant factors, including but not limited to skill sets and relevant experience.
