About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic Professional Services team. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating various technology projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget constraints, and meeting client expectations. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in technology project management, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies
- Ensure adherence to project scope, budget, and quality standards
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell additional services or solutions based on client needs
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead project teams, providing direction, guidance, and support as needed
- Foster a collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and knowledge sharing
- Effectively delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring accountability and productivity
Risk Management & Problem Resolution
- Anticipate potential project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
- Quickly address issues or roadblocks that arise during project implementation
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior management as necessary, providing recommended solutions
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (4+ years) in IT project management, preferably within the Managed IT Services industry.
- Experience leading cross-functional project teams, including internal staff and external vendors, across the full project lifecycle.
- PMP, CAPM, or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience working on small, medium, and large-scale projects for customers having up to 3,000 users across multiple locations.

Technical Skills
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Jira.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge managing projects consisting of technology solutions used in the IT industry, including:
- Office relocations
- Email migrations
- MS Windows and Server
- Cyber Security
- Networking
- Hardware and storage
- Backup and disaster recovery
- Virtualization
- Public cloud (Azure/AWS) implementations
Soft Skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Detail-Oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Information Security Commitment
This role operates within a managed services environment and will have access to client systems, data, and infrastructure. All team members are expected to handle client and company information responsibly, follow established security and data privacy procedures, and support our commitment to maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the systems we manage. Candidates should be comfortable working within a security-conscious culture where following documented processes and protecting client data are core expectations of the job.
