JOB SUMMARY: 

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Medical Provider to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a provider who thrives in a supportive, forward-thinking environment and is committed to whole-person care. You will provide comprehensive medical services, foster lasting relationships with your patients, and collaborate with a high-functioning care team to drive optimal health outcomes. 

Compensation: Guaranteed salary with earning potential of $300k+, relocation offered

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: 

  • Provide direct patient care through office visits, telehealth, and occasional same-day appointments 
  • Perform comprehensive assessments, order and interpret labs/imaging, and diagnose acute and chronic conditions 
  • Develop personalized treatment plans that may include lifestyle interventions, supplements, hormone therapies, and prescriptions 
  • Educate and empower patients on preventive health and functional medicine principles 
  • Collaborate with internal health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinical support staff 
  • Document visits in the EHR (NextGen) in a timely and compliant manner 
  • Participate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and training sessions 
  • Support clinic operations by contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Active Oregon license as a Certified Physician Assistant (or eligibility to obtain) 
  • Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine 
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred (functional/integrative medicine experience is a plus) 
  • Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine 
  • Excellent communication and patient relationship skills 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment 
  • Proficient in using electronic health records (NextGen experience is a plus)
