  • Own the organization and upkeep of the donor database and related systems, inclusive of ensuring the accuracy and integrity of donor data and information.
  •  Design and implement a moves-management process for tracking donor interactions, meeting notes, follow-up tasks, stewardship activities, and other engagement touchpoints.
  •  Conduct deep research and maintain a pipeline of individual and institutional funders, by leveraging wealth screening, analyzing giving patterns, and lifting up and prioritizing opportunities for relationship building.
  •  Design and maintain a centralized dashboard that provides a clear snapshot of key donor data e.g., pipeline health, donor moves, and fundraising metrics.
  •  Run regular and ad hoc reports to track fundraising performance in real time in order to support data-driven decision making; share insights on opportunities and concerns based on data trends.
  •  Partner with the finance team on required reporting and compliance for funders.

Provide high-touch support for donor relationship building, cultivation and stewardship activities.

  • Manage fundraising calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for cultivation events, in partnership with the Executive Assistant.
  •  Support the preparation of detailed briefings, meetings, and talking points for CEO, President, and other leaders’ donor meetings, including sharing data donor giving history, interests, and connections to One Project’s networks and mission.
  •  Capture meeting notes and follow-up actions in donor database in order to maintain comprehensive relationship records.
  • Work cross-functionally across communications, product, research, and ecosystem teams to ensure fundraising activities are operating in lock step with key organizational activities and milestones.

You may be the candidate we’re looking for if you bring…

  • Background in prospect research, competitive intelligence, and/or stakeholder research.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with a track record of building and maintaining systematic processes.
  • A proactive, independent work style and comfort driving projects forward in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
  • A systems-oriented approach to structuring information and continuously improving processes.
  •  Confidence interacting with senior leadership and managing requests efficiently and professionally.
  •   Pride in producing high-quality work and delivering consistent excellence.
