Its team of skilled Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Machine Learning (ML) Experts, and AI Engineers seamlessly integrate with client teams to solve their most challenging business problems. Leveraging strategic partnerships with Snowflake, AWS, Matillion, Fivetran, Pyramid Analytics, and more, the company uses modern technology, scalable architectures, and industry best practices. With the recent acquisition of Strong Analytics, an ML and AI consultancy, OneSix is a uniquely powerful business partner to the enterprise, with a talent mix that is nearly impossible to find under one roof.

OneSix is a fast-growing firm with significant career opportunities for motivated professionals who want to help create a unique company. We are committed to fostering an inclusive employee experience that reflects the world we live in today. We’re an equal-opportunity employer that welcomes people regardless of backgrounds, experiences, abilities, and perspectives.

Location: Remote (United States)

The Senior Client Partner is the face of OneSix to our most strategic accounts and the engine behind their growth. It’s an equal mix of being the client’s trusted advisor, OneSix’s business operator, and the internal champion who pulls together the best of our firm behind a single relationship.

You’ll own a portfolio of high-value accounts, protecting and expanding our footprint, opening new logos, and quarterbacking complex, multi-million-dollar data, AI, and governance engagements from first meeting to long-term partnership. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with delivery leaders, our alliance partners (particularly Snowflake), and the executive team to ensure every engagement drives measurable outcomes for the client and OneSix.

The right person has lived this work before. You know how to earn a seat at the CIO, CDO, CMO, and line-of-business table. You can translate a client’s data strategy into a commercial plan and then land it. You’ve grown accounts from six figures into multi-million-dollar partnerships, and you’ve done it by being useful, honest, and genuinely excellent at what you do.

What You'll Do

  • Own your book. Take full lifecycle ownership of a portfolio of strategic accounts — protecting revenue, driving organic growth, and opening new logos.
  • Be the executive partner. Serve as the primary point of contact for our most valued clients, building deep, trusted relationships with CIOs, CDOs, CMOs, Chief Data & AI Officers, and line-of-business leaders.
  • Build account plans that actually get executed. Design and run plans that expand OneSix's footprint across our AI, Data, and Governance offerings — and put numbers against them.
  • Quarterback the big pursuits. Lead complex, multi-million-dollar opportunities from first conversation to signed SOW, pulling in solution architects, delivery leads, and partner resources as the moment requires.
  • Co-sell with our partners. Partner closely with Snowflake, Informatica, AWS, Atlan, Sigma, and others to co-sell, co-develop, and co-deliver strategic opportunities.
  • Drive the rhythm of the relationship. Lead executive-level QBRs, drive cross-sell motions, and keep a relentless focus on client outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Protect engagement health. Partner with delivery leaders on scope, margin, utilization, and quality — and spot expansion opportunities before the client has to ask.
  • Own the commercials. Shepherd SOWs, MSAs, pricing, and scope negotiations in partnership with delivery, legal, and finance.
  • Know the client's business cold. Build deep fluency in each client's data and AI maturity, commercial priorities, and the executive-level outcomes they're measured on.
  • Represent OneSix in the market. Show up at client events, conferences, and partner forums as a firm ambassador.

What You'll Bring

  • 10+ years in consultative sales, client partnership, or account leadership. Agency or SI experience is welcome.
  • A documented track record of owning and exceeding multi-million-dollar revenue targets in a complex, solution-sales environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to architect and close large, multi-workstream engagements for midsize to enterprise clients.
  • Deep experience building C-suite relationships — particularly with CIOs, CDOs, CMOs, and Chief Data & AI Officers — and a genuine interest in how data and AI create enterprise value.
  • Commercial range: you can lead discovery, shape a pursuit, write a compelling proposal, negotiate a complex SOW, and hold a hard conversation when delivery pressure runs high.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with real comfort presenting to executive audiences and authoring executive-ready materials.
  • A collaborative operator's mindset — you partner naturally with delivery, marketing, alliances, and leadership to move the firm forward, not just your own book.
  • The professionalism, honesty, and integrity we expect of everyone who represents OneSix to a client.
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to clients, partners, and OneSix events.

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary with uncapped variable.
  • Company-paid medical, vision, dental, and wellness benefits for employees.
  • Company-provided home office equipment.
  • Flexible vacation and sick days.
  • A team-oriented, supportive working environment where senior people actually have each other's backs.
  • Company-sponsored events and swag (yes, the good kind).

Compensation

This position offers a base salary in the range of $175,000–$250,000 USD annually, depending on experience and location. Compensation may vary based on factors including geographic location, level of experience, skills, and performance. This salary range reflects base pay only and does not include any additional compensation such as bonuses, equity, or benefits.

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
